自己以前从本版得到过不少帮助，也知道本版有不少深藏不露的大牛，想诚恳地借本版
人气帮我一个好朋友征求一些中肯的职业建议。
我的好朋友在我眼里是个牛人，斯坦福博士（非码工方向），藤校MBA，有十
多年工作经验，在很牛的技术公司和startup做过各类研发，客户，和管理工作，海归
过，也创过业。现在创业失败，有些迷茫是应该继续创业，还是改行跳到墙街，还是找
个大公司director level一类的工作提前进入半退休状态?他现在收入目测应该是150-
200K之间，如果改行是否可能在几年内冲刺400K？如果没有，我给他的建议是找家大公
司安安稳稳待到退休算了（因为据他说他的行业创业机会不多而且周期长），不知道我
这样想对不对？

谢谢答复。我觉得朋友资历应该拿到一个manager或director职位不难。他以前就是大
公司部门经理。他是硬件方向。海归了几年，发誓再不归了，所以回国忽悠应该不会考
虑。

你的建议挺靠谱啊，除非他能忽悠到新的投资方，如果可以，玩啥都没问题。领工资
的话，你的过去决定你的现在。你朋友可能太想做实事儿，发誓再也不归，情理之中，
呵呵。他的状况，用那些MBA学的分析方式可以大致分析出来，应该不劳咱插嘴，可能
只是想打探点业界外的消息，更确定一下而已。

硬件公司论资排辈的厉害，没给公司卖十几年的命，很难升的。对于互联网公司，从不
牛X的到牛X的，基本都是降级，牛X的跳到不牛X的，才会升级。除非你朋友以前的公司
狠牛X，否则看不到直接升到director的可能
