前阵跟老板说了对在公司职业发展的迷茫。老板让我以她的名义找HR谈一下。谈过后我
发邮件表示感谢。然后过了一周，HR VP如是说：think we can focus on growth of
your career and organizational growth in our ensuing discussions. We are
looking at putting together career paths this Fall and hopefully that will
help provide some steps for you as well.
我们这几周正在六个月performance review,一般不涨钱与title,但每年总会在这时候
promote几个人。
根据这份邮件的msg，我基本不在被考虑之列，是吧？
