onsite之后hr电话过来说一切feedback都positive，但是the team is deciding on
what headcount they would like to use for you. 不太明白这是什么意思。这之中
还会出幺蛾子么？headcount在这种情况下是指啥啊？

说明他们正在reorg中。估计需要一定时间才可以finalize下来。

这是说他们原来向HR申请了几个坑. 没决定用你这罗卜填哪个坑. 填掉的坑就不能再招
了. 没决定前就不能正式走HR程序发OFFER. 这个就等于是口头非正式OFFER了.
