如果现在老板问起来新公司，必须回答吗？听说必须告诉，怕有conflicts?
工资呢，可以不告知得吧

Congratulation for the offer!
Your new company is your own business, do not need tell anybody else if you
don't want to disclose.
"I got multi offers, I have not decided which one to go."
"I just want to take a break now, will start looking later."

中国人必须无条件帮助中国人，请区别对待国人老板和烙印、白人老板。
如果是国人老板相问，请实话告之；如果是其他种族老板，你可以选择不说。

不需要，除非你是vp一类的人物。
工资更不用，除非你希望现在老板beat你的新offer把你留下来。
