没办过H1B小公司关于offer的回复# JobHunting - 待字闺中

各位前辈，请教一下，最近面的一家insurance agency小公司，看上去没一个外国人，
全是本地职员，现在老板似乎是在联系母公司HR问给我办H1B的事情，回复说 “We
are very excited to have you join the team but HR has admittedly not
encountered this before so we’re working with an Immigration Attorney to
figure out how quickly this can all come together”。
我想知道这代表着什么？会不会这样的公司办H1B不易通过？然后就是他们还没有发
offer，我也还没接受，也没有谈过具体benefit，但是老板说join the team，有种不
容拒绝的感觉。 虽然我还一个offer都没有，但我也在等另一个面试的结果，我有个朋
友拿到两个offer，拒绝了其中一个，结果对方发火了，我还没有经验，不知道这里面
是否有些code，需要小心面对。
