当年考虑身份，接受了underpay工作。虽然每年有一定涨幅，无奈基数小，所以一搞定
身份就开始换工作。这阵子找工作发现一上来都是先问目前base。目前一个口头offer
，也就是小组的头(将来的顶头上司)点头了, hr会跟进谈薪水和其他。想问问这种情况
通常如何有效的和hr谈薪水。具体问题各有不同，说不定hr给一个无法拒绝的offer，
也说不定给一个勉勉强强的并且很强硬. 但想问问一般情况如何更好的多争取一下。和
hr谈薪水的时候，可以和将来的顶头上司也沟通一下待遇问题么？

只有一个offer的时候谈薪水空间不大。尽你的努力去谈，但是不要指望谈出比现在
base高很多的薪水。

You don't have to tell them. They didn't tell you the compensation of their
last employee, why you have to tell them the compensation from your previous
employer? It's a confidential information anyway.
If it is a credible company, they will pay you the fair market price.
Otherwise, the way out for a low ball is to either have competing offers
with undisclosed amount or you have something special that they need you a
lot.
