最近寻找公司的Engineer职位，首先是公司的recruiter的电话面试，交谈时间半个小
时，询问下背景及工作经历，觉得匹配，然后推荐给第一轮的manager电话面试，时间1
个小时，双方感觉都还不错。今天接到recruiter的电话，说本周要安排第二轮的更高
一点级别manager的电话面试，找工作是新手，问下这种第二轮的Manager电话面试是做
什么？我该准备些什么才能有on-site的机会？叩谢建议！

Congratulation for the second round on-site interview.
Director or Sr. Manager may or may not ask detailed technical questions. It
depends.
Just same as your first on-site interview, be confident, relax, bring lots
of smiles to show them you are one of the best candidate for this position.
Some directors like to ask some kind of 脑筋急转弯之类的题, to show you
that they are smart too even they are not doing a tech job.
Prepare some good questions to ask them.
Use the chance of asking question to sell yourself.
Remember ask them what will be the next step before you leaving.
