菜鸟新人，最近拿到一家IT大佬的NON COMPETE AGREEMENT，地点在东北部。公司要求
签一份NON COMPETE AGREEMENT，要求十分苛刻，说是以后倘若离职，18个月内不得在
竞争对手公司工作。
我把NON COMPETE CLAUSE复制在下面了，我想请教各位前辈：
1. 我查到美国只有加州是禁止NON COMPETE AGREEMENT的。那么在加州以外的IT公司是
不是都会签NON COMPETE AGREEMENT？
2. 这种规定在实际中执行的怎样？以后跳槽公司真的会追究吗？RECRUITER说由于他们
的规定实在过分严格，在实际中是没有执行效力的。不知道是不是在骗我。
3. 在申请所有公司职位的时候，公司都会问你是否有和其他公司签过NON COMPETE
AGREEMENT。如果我以后告诉其他公司我有签过NC，是不是会影响跳槽？

Non-Competition. During employment and for 18 months after the Separation
Date, Employee will not, directly or indirectly, whether on Employee’s own
behalf or on behalf of any other entity (for example, as
an employee, agent, partner, or consultant), engage in or support the
development, manufacture, marketing, or sale of any product or service that
competes or is intended to compete with any product or service sold, offered
, or otherwise provided by XXX (or intended to be sold, offered, or
otherwise provided by XXX in the future) that Employee worked on or
supported, or about which Employee obtained or received Confidential
Information.
