刚拿到非正式offer，政府部门职位。面试有两轮，第一轮structured questions，
behavioral and past experience问题各半。个人感觉总分总的回答很有效。开头直接
回答问题: I am a proven team player。然后联系自己的实际给出具体例子: let me
give you a very specific example here. bla bla bla. 最后重申自己在这个问题上
的态度。so to answer your question, I value teamwork very much and I look
forward to doing more of it in the future. 整个过程要自信和条例清晰。避免冷
场。
第二轮和division head闲聊。人家主要看是不是fit culture，然后评断你的career
development能不能在他们那里得到实现。be an interesting presence, not a
talking head.
另外，对于可预期的问题，要开口大声练习到熟记。这样在临场的时候才有精力应付
unexpected questions.
