骑驴找马，最近拿到别的公司offer，可绿卡也有可能马上拿到了。听说如果拿到绿卡
就换工作，以后入籍的时候可能会有问题。想问一下，这个问题大吗？有没有前辈这么
干过的来分享一下经验啊？
本来还说拿到绿卡就方便换工作了，结果反而更麻烦，还不如绿卡没批用AC21 port
485申请，唉。。。

如果你从来没给公司干过，拿到绿卡就换工作有问题。否则该干嘛干嘛。

谢谢，刚刚跟律师确认过了，因为新公司的工作和PERM申请的工作是一个种类，所以拿
到绿卡就换工作是没问题的。下面是律师的原话：
"As background, the general guidance is that you must remain with the
petitioning employer for a reasonable period after receiving your green card
as the green card was based on the PERM job opportunity. However, this is
not applicable in the AOS portability context."
"The general guidance is for AOS applicants that are not eligible for
portability so it is not applicable to you."
