不太懂，请高手指教 (我把公司名字隐藏了，把数字也改了)：
You will receive an equity award with a value of $10,000.00, of which 50% (
签offer前，这个数字由我任意改) will be in the form of stock options and the
rest in the form of Shares, which you will only receive at the time of
vesting. The actual number of Shares and stock options that you receive will
depend on the value of our stock at or around the time your grant is
approved, as determined by XXX Committee. Please note that for purposes of
this allocation, 1 Share is equivalent to 3.00 stock options （这个我不是很
懂）.
这个公司已经上市。 听小秘的意思是，如果我认为公司有前景，就多选点stock
option。 这个stock option貌似是要买的。
假设估价是100/股， 我选择是50% share 和 50% stock option， 我最后能拿到多少
股？
求高手指教。谢谢
