当前工作大概快2年了， 但是和现在的老板貌合神离。。。
现在准备骑驴找马， 但是有一点不清楚的就是如果新的offer需要进行background
check，一定会call现在的老板,如果她对我的评价比较负面，岂不是既影响新的offer
，老地方又没法呆了么。。。想请教一下跳过槽的各位是怎么应付这种情况的呢， THX

想多了。
bg check不会打电话给老板。要联系最多就跟HR verify一下入职时间，薪水等。
而且bg check很多是已经拿到offer的情况下。
bg check外，有些单位需要原单位的推荐信，或者填个问卷调查，也不一定要找
manager，随便找个同事写就完了。

They judge your technical skills though interview process.
雇主更关心的是你来了以后能为雇主做什么(他们同过面试过程来求证),而不十分在意
你以前做什么.
