Job Description – NA UEC Team – Technical Marketing Senior Engineer/
Engineer
Location: Redwood City, CA
General Description:
1 Work as a marketing technical engineer or senior engineer for Smart
phones/TV/smart devices and accessories after-sales technical support.
2 Provide remote/onsite technical support to customers for technical
inquiry/issues.
3 Handle technical escalations from customers or internal team
4 Analyze, troubleshoot and summarize technical issues and can provide
solutions
5 Work with Quality team to monitor product quality issues and can write
analysis report
6 Inspect and test defective products, generate related reports
7 Develop/Write/Translate related technical documents
8 Conduct technical trainings to related teams
9 Drive projects that can improve support-related processes and improve
user experience
10 Work on critical, urgent complex customer related issues which could
involve multiple departments
11 Work with cross-function teams for feature definition and requirements
12 Support company marketing promotion and event activities
13 Business travel is required (less than 10%)
Qualification:
1 Bachelor's degree or above, Computer, Network, Electrical Engineering
related majors are preferred.
2 3-7 years related technical support experiences, both for software and
hardware. Brand Smartphones/Smart TV/Smart Devices/PC support experiences is
preferred
3 Familiar with Networks Settings, Android and IOS
4 Good communication and customer handling skills.
5 Able to work independently
6 Demonstrate responsibility and working passion
7 Fluent in English and Chinese is a must

别人干得是合法的事情，谁叫你抢不到呢？
别人在论坛上天天刷也是要精力时间的。
只不过我认为这对于社会总体是一种浪费。
对于很多PHD同志来说可能也是一种浪费，有着时间好好学习做实验，干这个有意义么？
我有那时间根本懒得刷DEAL，除非是要买个什么东西。
要说赚钱我去年从保险公司拍卖买一辆SALVAGE的车子，修好了开了三个月再卖掉，净
赚2000刀，而且我还是叫别人修的，自己联系一下配件，搞搞文件而已。
就这样我还觉得太伤脑筋，懒得搞。过的悠闲一点比较舒服。
