病人的问题
Please tell me if this unit is user ready "out of the box" for internet
connection via "dial-up" connection(?). I am not sure when reading the
description. If it is not user ready = please tell me just what needs to be
done or added (modum etc.) to be "dial-up" connected for internet use.
是说他连不了网吗我不知道怎么回答

for dial up, he has to have telephone access and then an account from his
ISP, also he need plug the telephone cable into the modem port of the laptop

现在很少人用dial up了。装网络的时候工人都会设定好，一般的modem都会自动dail
up，电脑直接插网线就可以了。如果真要dial up，一般的病人是搞不定的。

make sure 4646 has built in modem, i know some laptop doesn't have that
modem
