看了辩论，听到他提silicon valley和brain power，以下是原话

I’m changing. I’m changing. We need highly skilled people in this country,
and if we can’t do it, we’ll get them in. But, and we do need in Silicon
Valley, we absolutely have to have.
So, we do need highly skilled, and one of the biggest problems we have is
people go to the best colleges. They’ll go to Harvard, they’ll go to
Stanford, they’ll go to Wharton, as soon as they’re finished they’ll get
shoved out. They want to stay in this country. They want to stay here
desperately, they’re not able to stay here. For that purpose, we absolutely
have to be able to keep the brain power in this country.
他的意思是，美国需要聪明的人，如果美国本土聪明的人不够，那从外面招进来。我们
绝对需要他们在硅谷上班。
另外还有一个大问题，就是这些人去最好的学校，毕业后居然会被赶走。他们这么想留
在这个国家但是又不可以。因为这个原因，我们绝对应该把这些brain power留在这
个国家。
如果要取消H1B，也好，high tech worker发另一种工作许可即可。
h1b本身对留学生好么？公平么？我不认为。取消了挺好的。

那就把f签证改成dual intention呗
最后结果就是印度人开一堆学校，找来学生上三个月课就开始工作。
不过其实也没啥，现在很多CS MS本来也就只有几个月。

随后3/4他又表态反对h1b：

总比ICC好。又不能立法严禁印度人来美国人事IT行业，所以只要有政策能尽量压缩垃
圾烙印的生活空间，就应该支持

反对h1b不代表反对能找到工作留下来的留学生。
h1b这种shitty的制度，screw了多少留学生，不废除留着干什么？
Disney in Florida的人都能用h1b, 那不是占留学生名额么？
