Thanks for all your replies!
I do have other offers from unicorn. G's whole package beat theirs due to
GSUs. I'm OK with this offer, just be surprised the base is lower than
expected, though it's already higher than what I earn today.
Does anyone know what the negotiation range could be?

现在就可以用了,已经买giftcard了.

base不重要，总包裹matters
但是，但是！！！
这并不意味着base就一定低。
也可以base非常高，其他很少，总包裹一样会高。
而且既然base不重要，给个高的也不是很难决定的事情。

但是，但是！！！
这并不意味着base就一定低。
也可以base非常高，其他很少，总包裹一样会高。
而且既然base不重要，给个高的也不是很难决定的事情。

T4标准是320 4年吧。。我至少知道3个没negotiate的T4都是

我知道的去年年初t4是250股，年中之后的少很多，150股似乎就是标准了现在。t3还有
只给80股的。320的似乎是两年前

差不多是这样， 狗家现在底球很严重， 但好处是有了competing offer他家match的也
很大方
脸书家基本不底球， 但只愿意match狗家的offer， 对USA装没看见
