别瞎说。本人以前在的组裁三人。两人是老印，没有老中。

这次裁员目的就是给便宜的ICC老印腾地方，怎么可能裁老印，里面90%都是老印，上层
下层都是老乡都是朋友，裁了还咋相见？

现在IT公司响应奥八堆行的AA制, 要先裁"over represented" 的老中老白, 把职缺保
留给"under
represented minority". 要看清楚报导喔 "under represented minority" 是指拉丁
裔, 非裔, 跟女人.
至于烙印, 有烙印CEO罩著, 免裁.

The Democratic Rev. Jesse Jackson brought his campaign to broaden the
employee base of technology companies to Seattle last year, asking Nadella
at the company’s shareholder meeting to release more data.
Houston said Nadella’s group of senior advisers about a year ago started
receiving monthly briefings on the company’s initiatives to build a more
diverse workplace.
There are reasons to be optimistic about a more-diverse pipeline of workers
coming up the ranks, Houston said, citing increases in the percentage of
women, African Americans and Hispanics among Microsoft’s hires straight out
of college, and in some internship programs.
