hc extremely的少，不管是外面的，还是里面想换组的，都很不利

and not guaranteed to have a team to talk to
btw even if there is a team match talk, it is mutual. It is not only you
choosing the team; the team needs to choose you to make the match work.
usually you can at least have one talk if the recruiter actively seeks for
your position
but now hc is so low...
