24 个月的OPT Extension学校网站有要求：
Reporting Requirements
Students must submit to Office of International Affairs self-evaluations via
the I-983 during the first 12 months on the STEM OPT extension and at the
completion of the 24-month extension period or at the conclusion of
employment, whichever comes first. Evaluations should be submitted within 10
days of the required date.
我H1B已抽中，今天10月开始生效，到今年8月正好是我opt extension用了1年的时候，
那我还需要向学校report么？大家有这方面的相关经验么？

可能是抛光粉尘。搜到的都是一个来源，不知道哪个记者写的，大家狂转。
