Responsibilities:
Include but not limited the following three main directions:
• Apply machine learning/Deep Learning models to improve search
relevance;
• Provide personalized search results based on user behaviors;
• Work closely with software engineering teams to drive feature
engineering and improve model accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer
Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent;
• 3+ years Industry experience on search relevance;
• Have solid knowledge in machine learning and data mining. Experience
with machine learning, data mining, statistical analysis and quantity
modeling;
• Programming experience in Python/Java/C++;
• Knowledge of Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, Hive, Spark;
• Knowledge of NLP is a plus;
• Knowledge of Deep Learning is a plus.
