Associate Scientist I 在novartis里是个什么级别？phd+3年academic博后经验做这
个职位合适吗？
另外，在novartis做contractor后转成full time的可能性大吗？
谢谢！
我现在academic lab做个小领导，full time，工资不高，胜在稳定+benefits比较好
现在有机会去业界大公司做contractor，不知道值不值得跳

Are you sure they only give you Associate Scientist I?
Associate Scientist I is pretty low in novartis, usually is for fresh master
and salary is about 6w.
Scientist I is for fresh phd or < 3 years postdoc experience.
Scientist title in pharmaceutical companies is cheap, expect genentech.
Money talks everything, Associate Scientist in genentech is 2x salary in
novartis.

I doubt this offer can beat you current salary even without considering 稳
定+benefits.

嗯，我也觉得钱上差别不大
主要是想积累点业界大公司的工作经验
是不是想得太naive了

novartis boston? associate scientist i对你的背景来说显然是太low了，至少是
scientist i or ii吧。还有挺多novartis的title是investigator的，一般工资得在
90k-100k以上吧。

基本就是博后，要是没机会转permanent就move on吧。

都是群发的，只要你有一两个keyword match了他们就发给你。

先进了门，不一定是大公司，有了经验后容易得多。

还是有一些的，基本都是experienced人，靠配偶的福利然后做contractor拿更高的
hourly pay
不过像楼主这种二道贩子打杂的位置，基本上被分掉30%以后也剩不下多少钱，完全没
必要
而且这种小staffing firm群发大公司的contracor位置一个月能收到几百封，不知道楼
主为啥会屁颠屁颠地来这问。。。。
