QAE Position Summary
We are looking for a candidate with Essential Key skills:
Team Leadership
Strong working experience in Agile QA Processes and Projects
Knowledge in Testing tools like JIRA, Selenium, and various scripting
tools
Team Liaison experience - interfacing with remote and overseas QA teams
Automation Testing experience
Knowledge of Performance testing tools
Database Testing
Duties & Accountabilities:
Own SQA and Test activities and deliverables for multiple scrum teams.
Provide support to Agile teams for estimating, planning, executing,
monitoring & controlling test activities
Review and recommend improvements to documentation eg. Test plans, Test
cases, Test strategy
Responsible for handling and providing escalations as necessary during
the Software Test Lifecycle
Own the continuous improvement of quality processes including, Required
Documentation, Testing Processes, and the overall quality of the Agile teams
software
Monitor, and enforce all processes and Organizational testing standards
Track and prepare reports on testing activities including testing
results, test case coverage, required resources, defects reports, release
status, performance baselines, etc…
Review various reports prepared by QA/Test engineers to ensure on time
quality client
Personal Competencies:
High standard of written work
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Open minded with a positive attitude , flexible and willing to adapt to
changing situations
Focused on delivery
Self-starter, self-initiated learner
Must be an excellent communicator both written and verbally
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in a team environment
UX designers Summary:
Relentless champion of the user’s cause throughout the entire design
and development process.
Possess a portfolio of work that highlights your designs and design
process, including work for phone, tablet and web platforms, as well as SaaS
products
Have a command of interaction design core principles: architecture,
interaction and user-centered design.
Communicate your design process clearly and appropriately for the
specific audience
Desire to collaborate and communicate, with experience working in a
multidisciplinary UX group. Experience working with remote teams is a plus
Experience mentoring and/or leading a team of UX designers
Able to manage multiple high-priority initiatives, including early stage
product strategy as well as delivery of tactical and incremental design
improvements
Ability to articulate the metrics you would use to determine if your
design decisions solved the user problem
Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once. As an open-source
company, you’ll need to react quickly to new ideas in the ecosystem
Ability to accept input gracefully while also taking the initiative to
push back respectfully when advocating for optimal user experience
5+ years of experiences in the User Experience design field and a
relevant educational background
Expert proficiency with current tools for web and product design such as
Sketch, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
General understanding of HTML and CSS
SaaS, Domains and Hosting design experience a plus
