照这个贴子的信息，LCA停止办理。如果是真的， h1申请是没法交的。
LCA是在h1申请前要通过劳工部的审批。近期要开始办h1的会受影响。bless.
不过，4月1号要到了， 不可能所有h1都交不上，那可是几万份申请。
如果到三月份，lca还不办，uscis肯定要出对策的。不然至少损失上亿的进账。
其实如果让劳工部lca办理收费，比如两三百就好了。
