打算接受这个offer，但是第一次遇到有non-competition的条款，不太了解，有些事情
想问问：
you therefore agree that during your employment with the company, and for a
period of 3 months after termination of your employment, regardless of the
reason for the termination, you will not work for or otherwise actively
participate in any business on behalf of any competitor in which you could
benefit the competitor's business or harm the company's business by using or
disclosing confidential information.
so that the company may confirm your compliance with your obligations under
this agreement, you agree to inform the company in writing, at the time you
give notice that you are terminating your employment with the company, of
the identity of your new employer and of your job title and responsibilities
and will continue to do so, in writing, any time you assume a new position
during the first 3 months following the termination of your employment with
the company.
During the period in which you are subject to the non-competition
restrictions, the company will continue to pay you your last regular salary
at the company.
我有几个问题：
1. 如果我决定辞职，加入新的公司（competitor), 我必须告诉我现在公司我以后公司
的名字和TITLE么？然后由我现在公司决定，我到底要不要被这个限制？
2. 如果真有这个限制，那我必须辞职后三个月才可以去竞争公司上班？
3.大家有类似的经历么？一般公司真的会在你辞职的时候来研究这个事，花三个月前养
着你，不让你去大公司上班么（其实也不是什么高职位，也真的没有啥可以的。。。而
且三个月有啥用呢。。。）
4.一般新公司如果知道你有这个协议，是不是一般就不愿意招你了啊？
