现在手头有个offer需要尽快工作，我已经ph.d所有课程学分修完了，只剩ph.d
dissertation的学分但是还没defend proposal，不知道这样能不能申请PreCompletion
OPT？学校ISO在和我appointment时一口说，coursework completion是必须连
dissertation的学分也全部修完，而没有defend final dissertation时，才能申请Pre

大家有没有这样的情况?请大家帮忙提供建议
