I was leading a proposal effort and delivered the proposal in time. Bosses
thought it was a good proposal and I have showed a lot of leadership in
managing the proposal writing. They
wanted to give me a bonus. The conversation was interrupted and here is my
concern:
This is the first time I lead the proposal. I said I want to wait until we
really win the contract. Bosses said "ok, we can wait to decide the size of
the bonus". I said, "size is not an issue, but I am more concerned whether
