Xtratech LLC is a registered Corporation in the State of New Jersey , we are
looking for a diligent, responsible and well-communicating person to finish
jobs in a office-based customer representative work.
The working place is near Journal Square Path Plaza (10 minutes walk)
This job starts at the beginning of Feburary.
We are able support H1b after 1 year of work based on working performance.
Job Description:
Retail Advertising and Order Processing
Wholesale order Bookkeeping and Record
Shipping Label printing
Use Company Designed Trade Management System
Item Stock Fulfillment and Verification
Item Purchasing with company funds.
Requirements:
Commitment of working 1 year or longer.
Bachelor or higher degree, Business associated educational ground preferred.
Fluent in spoken English, good at English in writing, be able to read,
understand and respond to clients communications.
Good Skills in Microsoft Office and Google Online Docs. Knowledge of
Microsoft Sharepoint Designer(Frontpage), Photoshop and Acrobat Professional
considered Plus.
Be able to work on time (11:00-5:30 daily).
