i think you can try, but if the appraisal value is much lower than the
purchase price, I guess the seller will not match.
you shld have loan contingency, right?

After re-do appraisal, the appraisal value is $7000 lower than the contract
price, is this normal? Do I have trouble to get the loan? Can I ask the
seller to match this appraisal price? Thanks,

你可以ask任何事。seller可以也可以不答应。
要是$100k的房,7k很多了。要是$1MM的房,7k不算啥。

23个。如果一个是500块attorney fee,就是1万多。filing fee要23万多。

What is the contract price, if the house is less than 70K, 7K could be a bit
too much, but if the house is over 1M, 7k is normal and acceptable

问题不是哪个准确,而是,不同的银行有不同的 appraisal,appraisal 低于
contract price,银行不贷款,除非 buyer 额外配 cash to match the diff

父母,兄弟姐妹和他们的孩子可以算么?不能把。
而且必须都在美国是不是?
能养23个也算很大本事了。

appraisal的价钱只是影响loan, 跟market price都没有必然联系的
如果你们对房子满意,就试着要求seller降价不过别太care appraisal value了
如果你们对房子不是100%满意,正好找个excuse退出
