能被拒？昨日（15日），当美国加州大学七大分校招生官出现在成都学子面前，抛出他
们眼光独具的招生标准时，不禁让习惯应试思维的中国学生大跌眼镜。
将近300名成都高中生和家长参加了这次交流会。难得的机会，让成都学子们使出浑身
解数推销自己：全英文交流、自告奋勇上台、直接递简历……
录取标准
不唯分数论SAT满分仍可能被拒
受美国文化教育委员会和狄邦教育管理集团邀请，本次来川举行招生交流会的加州大学
系统七大分校，包括了全美排名21位的加州大学伯克利分校（UC-Berkeley）、排名24

当地的学校跟抚顺的一个中介有关系.

I had the same impression too. I don't know how they come up with these
numbers as my friend got a much better one with similar experience. It may
depend on the interview performance and the team.

I think you need to negotiate with the level. Based on the base, I guess
they just give you level 60. You could try to ask them to put you into level
61.
And what position do they offer you? SDE or SDET?

看起来的确不算多。

也不一定和面试的表现有关
如果你面试的职位是59级的，面得再好，也不能给60吧？
和HR谈谈，不过，估计不会变太多。
应该有30K的股票，分4年给吧，另外还有奖金啥的，差不多也是100k了。

如果人家就需要个 59 级的，跟你说这个职位不需要 PhD 你怎么谈啊？
没有 US 工作经验，有别的 Offer 吗？而且如果那Team 没什么预算，你怎么办？
再有，第一份工作，只要是大公司就好，不要太看钱，攒2 年工作经验，换工作的时候
就不一样了。（如果不换公司，或 Team，指着涨工资，会比较慢。）
市场不好的时候，给的比经济好的时候低，是肯定的。
能拿到 MS Offer 已经很不错了，再次恭喜！

我想是指同一级的 SDE or SDET. 还说，同级的 SDE和SDET 也是一样钱，让我以后申
请 SDET，进去再说。

我听说在MS，phd比master多值10k
不过anyway啦，google给phd比master多30k+ (每年30-40k吧，total package)

Google 岂是那么好进的。而且听说 Google 选 PhD 是看明校的。我们这 50-100 的
PhD 还不是高不成，低不就的。
不过也不用多读5 年吧？拿 Master 后，还不是3 年就够了？而且，有RA/TA 的，还
是蛮自在的。可以有机会慢慢学很多东西。也没啥压力，比上班舒服多了。嗨，要是一
辈子可以当学生多好呀！
