标题: 小孩在幼儿园摔断牙齿

早上一到公司，接到老师的电话，说小孩在教室里面run的时候，摔倒了。由于小孩是
拿着篮子跑，磕在篮子边沿上，门牙松了，流了很多血，叫赶紧去看医生。
接到医生那里，照了x光，发现两颗上门牙全部都从根部断了，这要多大的力啊！医生
建议把两颗牙齿都拔了。
小孩现在吃东西都不顺，我们两口子心疼纠结得很。小孩四岁半，是乳牙。但是不知道
乳牙拔了对以后恒齿有没有影响。拔了会不会造成恒齿出来过早或者过迟？小孩拔牙会
让他睡觉，这个会对发育有影响吗？不知道大家有没有什么建议。
另外小孩在教室里面摔断牙，学校应该是有责任的，虽然老师说叫他别跑，他还在跑。
那学校应该承担什么样的责任呢？

据报道，宫崎骏在新一期《热风》杂志访问中表示，对iPad这款全球追捧的产品既
不关心也不感兴趣。他更对“电车男女”触控iPad屏幕的样子感到厌恶，“那些在列车
内，用双手微妙地触摸iPad、恍如自慰行为的人正在增加。”

sorry to hear this. you must be very sad. 一般应该不影响恒牙，如果不发炎很严
重的话。。。it happens.. 我觉得幼儿园也不愿意。但是很难告。。

My daughter broke her arm when chasing with friends at a gym in school (5.5
years, Kindergartener). The afterschool program director contacted me
directly saying they would reimburse my medical expenses that followed the
accident. I saved emergency room bill and doctor visit copay receipts. At
the end, they re-pay all my money back, around $500.

Make sure to tell them that your kid received a dental x-ray recently. I
remembered at this young age, dental x-ray is not recommended for more than
once every year as the dose is relatively high.

我们的牙医怎么说小儿 dental digital x-ray 强度是成人 dental x-ray 的 1/10
。我儿子2岁半，上个月连着2次磕到牙出血，照了2 次。第二次我不太愿意，听了医生
的解释，还是照了。大家一般都什么情况下，带到牙医那？磕到牙出血？我们的牙医每
次都让先拍片，再检查，这样好不好？

clinic. The doctor, who was my husband's friend, told us specifically that
unless medically necessary, she should not recieve another exposure during
the next 12 month.
Your son's 2nd exposure might be medically necessary according to what I
heard.
