想去上海的新苹果零售店参观的女孩们要注意了。
在周六浦东苹果店开张后一位姓林的顾客发现在螺旋形楼梯的下面有一群“行迹猥琐”
的男性在专心地看着什么。起先她以为这些人是在欣赏新店中的高科技现代设计。
但是很快在她快要离开那里的时候才发现了这些人的真正目的。
林女士说：“这样真的令人尴尬，你可以毫不费力地从台阶中的缝里看到楼上年轻姑娘
短裙下的内裤。”
她说虽然玻璃台阶经过了磨砂处理，但是人们依然可以通过台阶的缝上看到女士走光。
她和那里的工作人员提到了这件事，在她说的时候她依然可以看到还有两个人在台阶下
向上看，脸上有着 “诡异的笑容”。
苹果店的负责人称她会敦促店内工作人员介入此事，她同时还说这样的螺旋形台阶设计
在很多国家有所采用，但这是她第一次听说有人会通过这个偷窥女孩。

theoretically, yes. Practically, very hard. The reason is that you will be
interviewed in consulate when visa is available. By that time, if you cannot
provide a job offer letter evidence to prove that you will work in the same
field as when you applied NIW, you will be denied. So can you guarantee
that you will have a job offer (even if it is a postdoc position) by the
time when you are interviewed after you go back to China? I don't think that
is easy.

Well, that is true.
But what I am interested in is EB number allocated through CP. There is
quite a good portion or percentage of EB visa numbers that are allocated to
CP as well. I don't know the detail percentage, maybe around 30-40% of total
EB category are still approved through CP. I am wondering, are those CP
approved numbers the cases described as above, namely, people with 140
approved, but go back to china to wait for visa available. And how many such
cases are approved each fiscal year
