Hi Everyone,
There has been no LUD 30 days after we submitted our support materials to
our electronically-filed I-140. We expect a LUD for confirming receiving the
support materials. Did anybody have the same problem before? Thanks for
sharing your experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have been checking the status after
we mailed the support materials in April. But there has been no LUD yet.
BTW, UPS confirmed the reception though.

But the receipt was generated right after we electronically filed the case,
which was before we mailed the support materials. I think this is a problem
for electronically-filed cases since you have no idea if they receive your
support materials. I remember several people mentioned here that USCIS did
lose their submitted materials and they used USPS confirmation of delivery
to prove their submissions.

I meant USPS, since USCIS does not give receipt for support materials for
electronically-filed cases.

usually, there should be a lud within 48 h on USCIS website when they
receive your material...if not, book with infopass to find out..it is

That's the problem here. USPS confirmed the delivery but USCIS didn't update
the status of the case after the delivery of the support materials. You are
right. I will contact them about this.

我们家的支持材料是周一下午送出的，周二下午到的，但是周二上午也有lud，就是说
uscis收到支持材料前就update了一次，然后周3， 周4连续2天lud。我估计是表示材料
更新吧。
我回头看看我们第一次被拒由于缺少支持材料的那次，只有efile以后一个lud，就再也
没有了，知道4月底有1次lud，然后1周后收到据信。
所以，楼主要赶快联系uscis，看看支持材料寄到没有
uscis收到支持材料前就update了一次，然后周3， 周4连续2天lud。我估计是表示材料
更新吧。

是呀，所以这次是对的呀。表示uscis收到了支持材料。
我们被拒的那次就一个efile 140表以后的lud，然后一直啥都没有。知道6个月以后出
现一次lud，然后就是据信了。

顺便问一下： 我的是4月5好Efile的，6号寄走的材料， 不知道公司寄的什么邮件，只
是告诉我不能用Fedex和UPS，所以是专门到邮局寄的。但是什么也没给我，所以我也不
知道。我查状态才知道4月12号和19号有Update。我的问题是这是正常吗？
