Dear All,
I want to report my EB1a RFE progress. I also want to thank you all for your
great suggestions and need your blessing for my RFE.
1) May 27 4:00 pm, FedEx to Texas center by the premium processing
2) June 3 8:00 am, FRE from the Officer: XM0399 at TX, four pages long
and lists all the criterions (7-8) from the website. I guess the officer
didn't read my case at all. Even some no claim evidences, the officer 399
still asked for the FRE.
3) June 3, call for help and post my mes

你说的情况是将腿部之外部位都打上钢钉不准活动的情况
跳这个动作不仅仅使用腿部
理论情况下,假如某妖人有无穷大的腰部或背部力量,他完全可以通过蠕动跳很高

May I ask what your major is? I noticed that recently there have been two

here whose major is EE and whose applications were reviewed by IO399. Is
there
any possibility that the assignment of IO is related to the major of the
applicant?
Can anybody else whose application was reviewed by IO399 kindly give us a
