参议院已经十几次试图通过宪法修正案禁止烧国旗了，最近的一次66票赞成，只差一票
就通过了。

我个人理解这个敌人不能是泛泛而指的，必须非常具体。
打个比方，米日在硫磺岛打仗的时候，如果有人去把插到山上的那面米国国旗烧了，就
可以算叛国了。

这个从司法的角度上看漏洞太大，插在山上的国旗和walmart买的国旗区别在哪里？

同样是心理上的资助呀。你烧美国国旗被美国敌人看到了，他们心里不是爽吗？无论是
在硫磺岛烧还是在你家门口烧。

所有的美国国旗都有被烧的一天，而且焚烧是dignified way，所以说穆斯林真是傻x
US Flag Code. TITLE 4 > CHAPTER 1 > Sec. 8(k). It states:
"The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting
emblem for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by
burning"
