Escrow is only estimate, they will adjust after one year based on your
actual numbers.

我们更惨,要交7000多，问了,包括 2个月的property tax, insurance,还有一个季度的
interest. 去年做了refi，交了2k多,现在想想还没给我们退回来 ，
在NJ都是这样的吗？ 那做no cost refi有什么意义 ？
