sorry, could not type chinese.
I have been looking for condos for a while and have a buyer agent. recently
I put an offer on a fair-
conditioned condo with a price 30% higher than the asking price. the offer
has been sent out today. I know I
am stupid. could anyone tell me that if I can lower the price later or drop
the whole case? Thank you very
much!

用的是Fire TV。本来电视家用的挺好的，这星期开始不能用了，不停得退出。
主要给父母用，有没有别的软件？或者是不是必须改DNS？

Did you put any escrow money?

Ask your agent to withdraw the offer first thing tomorrow morning. There
should be no problem.

why would you bid 30% higher than the asking price? Could you just hit the
offer and close the deal? Is it a shortsale?
