2.owner's title insurance
3.government recording charges
这些都是什么意思啊？
1和3是必须的，2是可选的么？
银行给的GFE中，1和2都是2k多，这个能找便宜的么？

1是borrower要付的Title insurance.
2是seller要付的Title insurance.
3是Record title和Loan要付的钱，也是borrower付的。

这个title company是escrow company指定的还是银行指定的？
