Got attorney call today that he has received my I-140 approval
notice.
Timeline:
package sent out: 08/18
RD: 08/23
NOID by fax: 08/30
NOID response sent out: 09/27
NOID response received: 09/29
AD: 10/04
Close to midnight 10/04 there was a soft LUD. No email and text messaging.
Case online status is still Request for Evidence Response Review right now.
After 10/04 LUD, nothing happened until today my attorney received the
approval notice.
Background is very weak, about clinical research.
I only claimed authorship and contribution. Both were denied first time. I have three published articles on good journals for which I was not first author and only have three citations. We did not mention citations first time. One of second authored article was highlighted by the journal. IO did not acknowledge authorship due to low citation. So we used an expert publication list as reference. Basically we claimed that all the articles about methodology development in our field citations are low. And we also argued about review articles which usually have high citations.
We also focused on arguing one of my key projects whose impact has been super significant although I have a few which I think they are all important. My attorney quitted the other projects when arguing about impact and contribution. I felt this helped.
