急问，被雷后file了转F1，现在case还在pending,现在有工作了又想file H1 transfer。。。不知道要先把转F1的withdraw,然后在交H1 transfer么？还是新交的case会自动override以前的？？？
请过来人给指点一下吧。

You'd better ask lawyer to solve the issue and you should be very careful. I
have a friend. His wife got laid off and filed H4, but then she got a job
and filed H1B. Her H1B was approved first and started to work, but few weeks
later her H4 was available and her status was back to H4. This gave her big
trouble.

你的朋友是自己办的？还是律师办的？
好像说不可以withdraw之前的，直接交新的就好了。移民局看了会处理。
不知道你的朋友，会被劈两次。好吓人

对你的情况应该也适用

是不是说，现在可以就file H1 transfer, ignore那个pending F1的case的存在，也不
用withdraw
等到H1 transfer批下来，赶紧给USCIS打电话，告诉他们H1批了，别再批F1了，以免悲
剧发生。是这样么？
H1 transfer的生效日，是LCA上当初填的日期么？

这个是否要withdraw F1的问题似乎律师们也说法不一
反正底线是要确保新的H1B申请生效之日在F1之后
