efile + PP 具体是如何操作的啊？有没有哪位过来人讲解一下。
我的猜想是efile 140后得到一个收件地址，然后把I-907和其他材料一起寄到这个收件
地址就可以了。哪位大侠来讲讲，是不是这样的？

我也征 Left 4 Dead Versus 戰友. Co-op 也行

我: 非菜鳥也不算高手

L4D2 versus maps 不熟, 沒時間學, 大多玩 No Mercy, Sacrifice. 熟的請帶我.
我通常西海岸 ~8:30PM 才上線, 約上 2 小時. 中間遊戲之間需要 afk 10分鐘.

You should send I-140, I-907 and other documentation to the address that is
listed on the form I-907 instructions.

你这个是寄paper base的140吧？efile也是这样的吗？不是说efile都会搞到TSC去吗？
如果按I-907的话，那不是该到哪里就到哪里了？迷惑中。。。。
