Is it okay to schedule an interview to 2 or 3 weeks
later, if the recruiters asks me to give an available date
during the upcoming weeks? I am very busy recently with
internship project and dissertation, and I do not want to
take the interview unprepared. Is it going to give a bad
impression?

大家好，
我于今年10月E-file I-140, 并于一个星期内寄出了我的petition letter 及 support
document and exhibits （附上E-receipt)。 USCIS 收到我的材料并有LUD. 不想等
了，于12月初pp. 刚收到USCIS RFE 说我的材料与申请不符，要求我再寄给他们I-140
form 及材料。其原文为：USCIS is in receipt of your petition for I-140 filed
on December X, 2010. However, the supporting documentation and exhibits are
not currently matched with your file. Please resubmit for I-140 and
supporting evidence (documents and exhibits）.
看到这个RFE我好难过，不知有没有人遇到过这样的情况，想问问大家：
1. “the supporting documentation and exhibits are not currently matched
with your file” 到底是什么意思？我检查了我当时E-file I-140 PDF form, 还有我
的petition letter 及dupport document, 在时间上是一致的，我的名字也没有出错
，申请的类型都是EB1A. 我不知道我在哪个地方是不符合的？难道USCIS 将别人的
support documents 与我的搞混了？
2. 为什么要我“resubmit for I-140 and supporting evidence (documents and
exhibits）”。 USCIS 已经有我e-file 的I-140 form, 如果只是材料搞混的话，要我
再寄材料就可以了，为什么还要再寄I-140 form 呢？
2. 如果我再寄I-140 和材料的话，我可不可以用现在的时间填写新的I-140, 及
petition letter. 因为我想借这个机会再重新组织一下我的材料，而且我又要到了几
封新的推荐信。
恳求大家的答复和建议。谢谢！

没什么奇怪的, CIS把你的材料搞丢了. 没必要再补什么推荐信, 将原材料再寄一份就
是了. 当然你也可以重新组织材料.

谢谢老大的回复。CIS收到我的材料后有两次soft LUD。我怎么也没想到CIS会将我的
材料搞丢了。难道我的E-filed I-140 也搞丢了？
我再问一下，如果我重新递交I-140 可不可以用现在的日期。这样我重新组织的材料中
还可以补上我最近的citation 和审稿。谢谢！

你属于哪个区？会不会你交了两个月以后材料被送到NSC，然后弄丢了。

如果是转到NSC， CIS应该会通知我的。

确切地说， CIS收到了你的140，所以有SOFT LUD，但SUPPORT INFO很可能与他人的
搞混了。如果是这样， 140的日期当然不变，但SUPPORT INFO可以重新组织。

谢谢老大的回复。那我就打印当时E-file I-140 PDF form，并重新组织材料寄往CIS.
我再问一个问题：这次的petition letter 及材料可不可以用现在的日期，如Dec.28.
如果材料的日期晚于I-140 的填表日期可不可以？谢谢！
