不是12个月么，什么时候变6个月？如果之前没帐户是31天
To request mileage credit for flights operated by United, United Express,
Continental Airlines, Continental Express, Continental Micronesia and
Continental Connection flown in the last twelve months, provide the required
information below and select Submit.
For missing mileage credit requests for flights on partner airlines or
transactions with non-airline partners, please visit the main Request
Mileage Credit page for instructions.
Important notes about mileage credit requests
Wait at least 7 days from the flight date for your mileage to post.
Requests may be submitted up to 12 months from todays’ date.
New MileagePlus® members may request mileage credit for flights
completed on United, United Express, Continental and COPA up to 31 days
prior to their enrollment date. For a $25 USD fee, new members may request
mileage credit for flights beyond 31 days and up to six months prior to
their enrollment date. Contact the MileagePlus Service Center to process
this request.

Mileage can only be requested for flights flown within the previous 6 months

我10年6月份的时候把09年8月份的mile要回来过，不知道现在有没有变政策

我也是啊，UA mileage才开的，前2个月还回了次国 UA

不complain怎么知道不行？
我5月回国在芝加哥因飞机故障晚起飞了一个小时，但还是成功赶到三藩转机，可是UA
以为我们赶不过去了，直接没有把我们的行李送上飞北京的飞机。要说时间来不及也有
点牵强，因为我们都能在起飞前跑到登机口。最后把我们卖给了国航，结果这部分里程
一直没给加，而国航机票副券上没有票号，没法在线申请补回里程。于是发了两封邮件
投诉，要求补回这6K的里程。一两周后给的回复，不但给补回了，还送了200刀的
travel certificate。
估计同机的中国人没几个投诉的。
