Homework 1: which township, school district and which community do you like
in that area? Drive around in that township and familar with area and you
will know the answer after couple months.
Homework 2: After you know which community you likes, search all the houses
sold in that area (community), to feel the market price of the houses
inside that community.
Homework 3: Visit some open houses in that area, and estimate the selling
price for these houses. After those houses are sold, compare the sold price
with your estimate. If your estimate is within 95% of the sold price, you
have known the market price for that area.
Homework 4: While visiting open houses, try to feel what features of the
house you like, for examples, 9 feet ceiling, open kitchen, hardwood floor,
fireplace, large backyard, and so on, and also what features you don't like.
If you have done the above homework, you not only know which areas you want
to live, but also what kind of house you love. You are ready to buy. A good
agnet can help you with homework 1, 2,3, and build the taste in homework 4.

FF4出来了界面看着很新颖，就是稍微有一点不习惯。于是稍微整了整。把tab放下面，
加上menu bar。再一看，和以前一样了。
