印度土博，微生物专业，后来到夏威夷大学作了两年博士后，跟一个小领域较为有名的
教授，后来又到wayne state univ的生物系做博士后一年，申请时候journal文章26，
高产得很，来美国之前就有20篇了，但是几乎没有好杂志，引用不多，他引145，claim
四条，除了author，review，contribution之外有一条很绝，叫critical role，说自
己为wayne state U申请到了多少万的经费，并且在这几个项目中担任重要角色，居然
这都能过，他自己是以PI身份拿过小funding，不过这都算的话倒不错；他请一个在亚
特兰大的印度律师做的，说律师很牛
他申请时间在2010年上半年，NSC的，NSC能过TSC没问题；critical role貌似是个新的
投机取巧点，趁着IO还没有反应过来谁胆子大的去试试（后果自负）

感觉他其他三个不错，所以这个critical role io放水就无所谓了
要是只有三个，然后role是其中之一就没这么容易了。

PS'ed
when the motorcycle is going forward from right to left on the picture, the
wheels are turning counter-clockwise. so if the wheels are rubbing the frame
, the top of the wheel is going from right to left.
However the sparks are flying out towards the right, the opposite direction
of the wheel. thus impossible.
