在 redfin 上搜了一下，条件：

竟然只有三个满足条件的sf房子. 前段时间一大堆。买的人真多啊

我朋友master of accounting毕业，Opt今年一月开始了，眼看着三个月的大限就要到
了，本来一个公司很有希望的，但是时间上拖了很久最后把她据了。现在连志愿者或者
un-paid的intern似乎都来不及找了。因为她也想争取点时间留在这里考cpa,所以不知
道版上有没有人可以介绍Accounting相关的工作，可以不用pay的，也不用办身份。她
只是想要报给学校的international student office，符合移民局规定的三个月内找到
工作（paid/unpaid)的规定。
如果有人愿意帮忙的话，请给我message.谢谢！！

既然是泡沫，就早点破了算了。 不过，泡沫一起，好像就很难下去了。

即使还没发到个人也关系不大
你要是underwater的homeowner知道政府出资能让你不用付mortgage免费住房，
只要你不现在walkaway就行,

I think the key is the stock market. Probably later this year or as late as
next year, when the stock market collapses again, the housing market likely
dips well below the current level in some areas that are stubbornly floating
at a still surprisingly high level.
