While shipping I-140 PP package through USPS/Fedex, shall we purchase

说白了，最终还是归功于大陆和台湾的矛盾。
凤城侨联那帮人基本还是台湾人主导的，大陆人和台湾的都有，政治倾向五花八门。以前凤城侨联给领事馆面子，协助帮忙办理这个事件，替大家省了很多钱。但是这次，侨联打架撂挑子了，不帮忙了。于是领事馆的人只好找了洛杉矶的旅行社帮忙。
但是人家旅行社是要挣钱的。在洛杉矶帮忙领取和邮寄护照，一般旅行社是收100（55代缴给领事馆，20邮寄费，25手续费）。在凤城，他们多了几道手续，多了一些服务，也就相应多收了钱。
其实你要是自己不愿意，也可以自己去洛杉矶办，没人拦着啊。

I use FedEx overnight. Better showing tracking information. In the final
delivery, it shows that signed by "xxx,xxx"

How fast is priority? I guess Express is too expensive. Thank you.

Dropped the package on Saturday afternoon, it was delivered on Monday
afternoon. I did the same for my NIW, it also only took 1 business day.
