俺今天把自己刚收到的卡的benefits说明读了一遍，发现好多条，比如purchase
protection和car rental loss insurance上面都说:

You maintain you Permanet residence within the 50 US, 波多黎各或者处女岛
……
或者
policy在如下情况下终止：
……
The date the covered person no longer maintains a permanent residence in the
50 US,50 US, 波多黎各或者处女岛
……
难道不是绿卡持有人或者公民就不能有这些benefits？ 赤果果的歧视啊！！！
