nsf 的travel justification上面写了，没办法，有文件在别人手上。
好像nsf做budget的时候也要写可能的travel 的country, 当时忘了，好像只写了Italy
.

如果是NSF的话，最proper的方法是给fund你的program officer发封邮件，说你要加一
个或改一个international travel，然后附上justification，无非就是中国这个会更
好更合适，或是你在中国有collaboration，只要和你funded的项目相关就行。拿到PO
的email confirmation，转发给小秘，小秘100%没话说。
