这是内涝，长江水位都没过警戒线好不好。总不能吧武汉的水般到三峡水库李

多谢各位，今天律师说也收到approval email了。应网友要求我简要说一下
我们是怎么回复RFE的，相关背景在

因为这个IO的RFE没有具体的问题，只是泛泛的说了我的contribution不够，
review和authorship的totality不够。RFE中列出的证据里也漏了很多。我们
推测IO没仔细看PL.所以response信里还是从三个方面进行论述，基本
上是把PL的内容复制了一遍，另外加了少量新证据，律师说contribution一定
要过，不然totality也过不了，所以重点放在contribution上。
在contribution部分，首先从IO列举的证据出发，指出IO漏掉的很多关键证据，
给出exhibit list。强调we respectfully request USCIS to reconsider
all the documentary evidence and testimonies。论述时先说硬证据后说
软证据。新加的证据全是硬的，例如：
-我的paper在scopus里按关键字搜索的排名(2 out of 30)。
-我的work被一篇top journal invited review paper引为“the first
attempts to ...in practical ...systems”
-引用我的专家所在国家列表。
其实这些都是在本版学到的，律师也觉得好就用了。另外本版常用的发表的journal
的IF排名和引用我paper的journal的IF排名，律师说用处不大，只是把前一个放
footnote了。至于找熟人写新的推荐信，律师也说用处不大，就没弄。
在totality-review部分，指出IO遗漏的review记录。强调review的次数是
substantial。 强调早先提供的editor letter说明reviewer必须是
international recognized expert.
在totality-authorship部分，指出IO遗漏我的conference paper证据. 强调
conference proceedings 也是international circulated. 重复了
contribution里面的新老硬证据。
读起来整个response信有17页。我嫌太长，担心IO又不好好看。律师坚决不改短，说IO这
次肯定会看，不然如果deny送给主管review时会被骂云云。没办法只好随他了。我这个
律师
也是本版一位网友强力推荐的，非常好。刚开始我信心不足想同时递NIW保底，他认为我
背景能过，让我省钱不要NIW. 他写draft,回email都超快。需要联系方式的站内发信。
另外针对引用少的同学，我贡献一个法子。就是在google book上搜你和其他作者的
名字，看看你的paper有没有被book引用。被book引用是established knowledge,
分量应该更重。我在google book上面搜到了四本书，有两本书说道我的work是
state-of-art，当时就乐坏了。
