请问如果现在身份是F1，提交485后，还能申请H1B吗？
给律师发信，结果好像是H1B不能被激活：
If you are filing an I-485 application directly from F-1 status, you would
likely not be able to activate any approved H-1B petition after filing an I-
485 without abandoning your I-485 adjustment of status application. It is
possible, but unlikely that you would qualify for a change of status from F-
1 to H-1B in the US after filing an I-485 application.
这律师说的对不对？我搜了一下网上，看到好多人都说可以申请H1B的。。。
